This page covers saqeralkhalifa.com and the free student tools that run beside it: Youth Compass, the internships directory, and the gigs board. It sets out what each one collects, what it does not collect, who sees it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.
The forms on saqeralkhalifa.com
Six forms ask for personal details: Find work, Post a gig, Post an internship, Deadline alerts, Mentorship, and Tell me what to build next. Each collects only what you type into it, such as your name, your email, and for job seekers a phone number and your availability.
What the details are used for
To answer you, to publish an opportunity you post, or to contact you when a suitable opportunity appears. Nothing else.
Who sees them
Submissions go to Dr. Saqer AlKhalifa by email and are stored in the site’s form inbox on WordPress.com. They are not sold and they are not shared without your consent.
The two questions on Find work
One asks whether your details may be passed to an employer offering work that suits you. The other asks whether you want a note when new opportunities are posted. Your answer to each is recorded with your submission, and neither is assumed if you leave it unticked.
Removing your details
Write to contact@saqeralkhalifa.com and your registration or submission is deleted.
The student tools
The tools are open pages. None of them asks you to create an account, and none of them asks for a date of birth.
The Youth Compass quiz
When you reach the results, the page sends the code of your answers, the majors it ranked for you, the country market being shown, and how long the quiz took. It does not send your name, your email or your IP address, and there is nothing in it that identifies you. The record goes to a Google Form and is read to see which questions people leave and which majors keep appearing, so the tool can be corrected.
Which country the results show
The results page shows pay and demand figures for one Gulf country. To choose one, your browser asks a lookup service called ipwho.is, which sees your IP address and returns a two letter country code. The code is not stored, and you can change the country yourself on the results page.
The other seven guides
Explore Majors, the entry requirements checker, scholarships and funding, the parent guide, AI and your major, the thing you want to avoid, and routes without a degree ask for nothing and send nothing.
The CV builder
The CV builder assembles your CV inside your own browser. What you type is not sent anywhere and it is not saved once you close the page, so print it or save it as a PDF before you leave.
Your language choice
Each tool remembers whether you chose English or Arabic. That preference is held in your own browser and is not sent anywhere.
Sending a CV by email
The gigs board is a noticeboard. It carries no employer addresses, and a CV sent to contact@saqeralkhalifa.com is never forwarded to a company. You are answered with the sources on the board that match your background, and you apply through the employer’s own system.
Counting visits
The tool pages count page views with GoatCounter, which records the address of the page, the day, and the site you arrived from. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. saqeralkhalifa.com uses the statistics built into WordPress.com, which count visits by page and by country. There are no advertising trackers on any of these sites.
Adding ?notrack to the address of any tool page turns all of this off for your visit. The page is not counted and no quiz result is sent.
Other companies that receive a request
Opening a page always tells the company hosting it that a request was made. saqeralkhalifa.com is hosted by WordPress.com, which sets its own cookies and keeps standard logs under Automattic’s privacy policy. The tool pages are hosted by GitHub Pages. They also load their typefaces from Google, and the quiz contacts Google Forms and ipwho.is as described above.
How long details are kept
A CV sent by email
Deleted ninety days after it has been answered.
A deadline alert subscription
Removed after twenty four months unless you have replied in that time, or as soon as you ask. The list is a file held by Dr. Saqer AlKhalifa and is not loaded into a mailing company.
A form submission
Kept in the form inbox on WordPress.com until you ask for it to be removed.
Quiz records
Kept without a time limit, because they carry nothing that identifies a person.
People under eighteen
The mentorship form asks for a guardian’s name and a guardian’s email, and those two questions are only for applicants under eighteen. Every applicant then confirms, before the form will send, that they are eighteen or over or that a parent or guardian has read the page and agrees to the application. A school or a parent who wants the details of what a class would send before using these tools with students can write to contact@saqeralkhalifa.com.

النماذج في الموقع
ستة نماذج تطلب بيانات شخصية: سجّل بياناتك، وانشر فرصة عمل، وانشر فرصة تدريب، وتنبيهات المواعيد، والإرشاد، واقترح أداة. ولا يجمع أي منها إلا ما تكتبه فيه، مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني، وللباحثين عن عمل رقم الهاتف وأوقات التوفر. تُستخدم البيانات للرد عليك، أو لنشر الفرصة التي أرسلتها، أو للتواصل معك عند توفر فرصة مناسبة، ولا شيء غير ذلك. تصل الطلبات إلى د. صقر آل خليفة بالبريد الإلكتروني وتُحفظ في صندوق النماذج في ووردبرس. لا تُباع البيانات ولا تُشارك دون موافقتك.
في نموذج «سجّل بياناتك» سؤالان منفصلان: الأول هل يجوز تمرير بياناتك إلى جهة عمل تعرض عملًا يناسبك، والثاني هل تريد إشعارًا عند نشر فرص جديدة. تُسجَّل إجابتك عن كل سؤال مع طلبك، ولا يُفترض أي منهما إن تركته دون تحديد.
الأدوات الطلابية
الأدوات صفحات مفتوحة. لا تطلب أي منها إنشاء حساب ولا تاريخ ميلاد. عند وصولك إلى نتيجة بوصلة الشباب ترسل الصفحة رمز إجاباتك، والتخصصات التي رُتّبت لك، والدولة المعروضة، والمدة التي استغرقتها. ولا ترسل اسمك ولا بريدك ولا عنوان الإنترنت الخاص بك، وليس فيها ما يدل عليك. يُحفظ السجل في نموذج جوجل ويُقرأ لمعرفة الأسئلة التي يتركها الناس والتخصصات التي تتكرر، حتى تُصحَّح الأداة.
لعرض أرقام الأجور والطلب لدولة واحدة، يسأل متصفحك خدمة اسمها ipwho.is فترى عنوان الإنترنت الخاص بك وتعيد رمز الدولة من حرفين. لا يُحفظ الرمز، ويمكنك تغيير الدولة بنفسك في صفحة النتيجة.
الأدلة السبعة الأخرى، وهي استكشاف التخصصات وفاحص شروط القبول والمنح والتمويل ودليل أولياء الأمور والذكاء الاصطناعي وتخصصك وما تريد تجنّبه والمسارات دون شهادة جامعية، لا تطلب شيئًا ولا ترسل شيئًا. ويبني صانع السيرة الذاتية سيرتك داخل متصفحك، فما تكتبه لا يُرسل إلى أي جهة ولا يُحفظ بعد إغلاق الصفحة، فاطبعه أو احفظه بصيغة PDF قبل الخروج. وتحفظ كل أداة اختيارك للغة في متصفحك وحده.

إحصاء الزيارات
تُحصى زيارات صفحات الأدوات عبر GoatCounter الذي يسجل عنوان الصفحة واليوم والموقع الذي جئت منه، ولا يضع أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط ولا يبني ملفًا عنك. ويستخدم saqeralkhalifa.com إحصاءات ووردبرس المدمجة التي تحصي الزيارات بحسب الصفحة والدولة. ولا توجد متتبعات إعلانية في أي من هذه المواقع. وبإضافة ?notrack إلى عنوان أي صفحة أداة يتوقف هذا كله في زيارتك، فلا تُحصى الصفحة ولا تُرسل نتيجة الاختبار.
جهات أخرى يصلها طلب من متصفحك
فتح أي صفحة يُعلم الجهة التي تستضيفها بوصول الطلب. يستضيف ووردبرس موقع saqeralkhalifa.com ويضع ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة به ويحتفظ بسجلات معتادة وفق سياسة خصوصية Automattic. وتستضيف GitHub Pages صفحات الأدوات، وتُحمّل هذه الصفحات خطوطها من جوجل، ويتصل الاختبار بنموذج جوجل وبخدمة ipwho.is كما ذُكر أعلاه.
مدة حفظ البيانات
تُحذف السيرة الذاتية المرسلة بالبريد بعد تسعين يومًا من الرد عليها. ويُحذف الاشتراك في تنبيهات المواعيد بعد أربعة وعشرين شهرًا ما لم ترد خلالها، أو فور طلبك. وقائمة التنبيهات ملف لدى د. صقر آل خليفة ولم تُحمَّل إلى أي شركة بريد. ويبقى طلب النموذج في صندوق النماذج في ووردبرس إلى أن تطلب حذفه. أما سجلات الاختبار فتبقى دون حد زمني لأنها لا تحمل ما يدل على شخص.
من هم دون الثامنة عشرة
يطلب نموذج الإرشاد اسم ولي الأمر وبريده، وهذان السؤالان لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة فقط. ثم يقر كل متقدم قبل الإرسال بأنه يبلغ الثامنة عشرة أو أكثر، أو أن ولي الأمر قد اطّلع على الصفحة ووافق على الطلب. ويمكن لأي مدرسة أو ولي أمر يريد تفاصيل ما يرسله الصف قبل استخدام هذه الأدوات مع الطلبة أن يراسل contact@saqeralkhalifa.com.
ولحذف بياناتك راسل contact@saqeralkhalifa.com ويُحذف تسجيلك أو طلبك.
